My name is Nima, and I am a professional photographer based in the picturesque city of Cannes on the French Riviera. Since embarking on my photographic journey in 2015, I have cultivated a passion for capturing the vibrant and dynamic essence of live performances and events.
My work is rooted in the belief that every moment holds a unique story waiting to be told. Specializing in creative photography, I thrive on the adrenaline and spontaneity that live scenes offer. From the intense focus of a performer to the collective energy of an audience, my aim is to freeze these fleeting moments in time, preserving their raw and authentic beauty.
While my photographic journey began with nature and street photography, my focus gradually shifted towards capturing live subjects. Initially, I immersed myself in photographing live performers at concerts, drawn to the intensity and emotion of their performances. Over time, my work expanded to include capturing the exuberance and vibrant spirit of revellers at parades. Each transition allowed me to explore new facets of creativity and storytelling through my lens.
I am constantly inspired by the challenges that live performance photography presents—whether it’s the fleeting light, the movement of the performers, or the ever-changing environment. These elements push me to experiment and innovate, ensuring that every shot is as unique as the event itself.
I had the incredible opportunity to learn from some of Sweden's finest photographers, including Danish Saroee. Their mentorship and guidance have profoundly influenced my approach and technique, helping me to develop a distinctive style and a deeper understanding of the art of photography.
Outside of live performances, I also enjoy exploring various facets of creative photography, including portraits, abstract compositions, and thematic projects. Each new endeavor allows me to refine my craft and bring a fresh perspective to my work.
